"In all my years and over 100,000 miles in the last 8
I have been fortunate not ot have any major trouble i could'nt fix myself or with the help of friends .
But last Thursday 2/25/10 would be my day .
Myself and 4 others were out for a week of riding the hill country all week .Thursday morning we headed over to Camp Wood from the D'Rose Inn for some breakfast at BJ'S
When we pulled ,Parked the bikes and one of mybuddies comes over and says ther are things falling off my bike .
Well it was Bolts from my pulley ,While riding 337 i had sheered what at first was one Bolt but realized it was all but two .
I called Leslie at Javalina Harley and she tells me don't worry then within minutes there was a wrecker on the way .
Once getting to the dealer Leslie informs me that they do not have the parts but not to worry .
So i sat back and within 2 hours they found all the parts and had me back on the road .
I hope if i ever break down again i will be close to Javalina Harley .
For all that ride the Hill Country you should just go to Javalina Harley and just check out the Excellent Staff

"I had a recall on the ABS system of my 06 FLHPI and took it to Javelina for the job. I had not made a arrangements for a ride home as I thought that it was a quick fix. Due to parts to be ordered, I had to leave my bike. Service provided me with a loaner until, the recall repairs were made. Great service and the work was outstanding. Parts sales and clothig sales have always been great also!"

"i live in lumberton texas which is north of beaumont ....was headed out to the hill country for the biker rally this past week(bandera) also to ride the hill country......i have a 2007 heritage softail..stopped at our local harley dealership to get the seals replaced on the oil tank return lines....which they did in a couple of hours...i paid and left headed west..to join 7 of my fellow co-workers on a beauitful friday morning...i get up friday morning...head towards our meeting place...stop to get some gas ...and discovered oil dripping from the return oil lines again.....told my friends to go ahead on the ride...i loaded up my harley and headed to javelina harley not knowing if i was gonna be able to get it fixed in a few hours or days......got there talked with leslie and vince...told them the problem...filled out some papers...they had my bike in and out.. FIXED.. they test rode it to make sure....excellent dealership....excellent staff.....excellent mechanics...all bend over backwards to get me in and out of there in a timely manner...JAVELINA HARLEY IS FIRST CLASS......thanks"

"Kris, one of your mechanics worked on my '99 R.K. and did an unbelievable job. He dialed in my fuel injection so well that I got rid of my fuel tuner, I'm still baffled how he did it, it doesn't even backfire anymore. From now on, Kris is my mechanic!. "Long past due comment here, but wanted to express thanks to the Service Dept, especially Leslie and Vince. I was in the middle of a 4-day Memorial Day weekend ride, from Arlington, to Harlingen, Corpus, and back home doing ride stops with my local Chapter, when the starter went out on my 2009 Ultra. I called from Junction, and Leslie insisted bringing it in as soon as possible. When I arrived, she came out to listen to the starter and grimaced at the sound. I was in and out in about 6 hrs time, even though there were a couple bikes ahead of mine. Vince brought the old part out to show me what happened and offered suggestions on making starting easier. The professionalism these 2 people gave me went beyond what I expected, and even though I was down a day of riding(plus it was raining), we still had a great weekend of riding, racking up over 1700 miles. "While touring the beautiful hill country. I got a flat on my bike. Had to have it towed to Javelina Harley-my first visit there. This was about 3:30 pm on Saturday afternoon when we got there. I assumed I would have to get a room and wait till Sunday if not Monday to get my tire replaced. But to my surprise it was instantly taken in and my tire was replaced. I was on the road again headed to Bandera by 5pm. Thanks so much Javelina Harley and technician Mike Hitchcock and all others that contributed to the speedy fix!!"

I was interested in a bike and he took the time to discuss and give me answers to all of my questions. I have been to the local Houston Harley shop at least 5 times in the last two weeks to purchase clothing for my wife and have ventured into the bike area as well. Not once have I been approached by anyone to see if I was interested in a bike in the Hosuton shop. I did get approached right away in the Javelina shop. "I showed up unexpectedly on Saturday afternoon at 3:15 with a rear wheek problem. I had been on the Texas Honor Ride, 800 escorted bikes from Houston to San Antonio. At a stop, one of the other riders told me that my rear wheel looked like it was wobbling. Not knowing if it was safe to continue riding, I came to Javelina on a friend's advice.
I am still amazed at the help that I got! While the techs were attempting to true the wheel, parts was checking the inventory for a replacement should it be needed. After talking with the service manager, I felt that it would be safest to just replace the wheel with one that the parts guys had located. They did and I was back on the road, safely, at 5:15.
I REALLY appreciate EVERYONE's hard work, late in the day on a Saturday. Sorry that I don't remember all the names, but Steve-O that did the majority of the work and Gene in parts who scoured the system for the wheel were GREAT, as was the girl at the service desk.

"I contacted the service dept about a problem with my transmission oil. They invited me to come in and let them take a look. Upon arrival, the lady at the service desk took care of the problem herself. Her sincerity and professionalism was outstanding even though there was no charge for her help. I will definitely return. "My wife and I just completed a 3000 mile road trip on our 2007 Ultra. During the trip we spent a few days in Utopia TX. The morning we went to leave I hit the starter button and nothing happened - voltage was good, lights and indications were ok, just no starter. I checked fuses etc and did not find a quick and easy fix.
I contacted HOG Roadside assistance and had the bike towed to Javeline HD.
We checked in about noon and Ty moved us to the head of the line since we were on the road. Victor determined the starter had failed. A new starter was found at another dealership and was brought over and installed. We were back on the road by 4:30PM.
